Going lighter
I have naturally brown hair, and get it highlighted regularly but it never comes out quite the colour I want, it always looks a bit caramelly or gingery in pictures, but I want it to look surfery beachy, so I want to go lighter. I can't really afford it...
so wanted to get a kit from the shops and do it myself...what's the best way?
