Goggles yard

Why do some people wear protective goggles while in the yard with their string trimmer?

I don't wear protective goggles.

It's entirely possible an object could be slung and damage an eye.

I dont were them eving tho I should. I have gotten hit in the eye and had to go to the ER becaus it was scratched. but its becaus if your cutting things tend to fly and if you tilt the trimmer to get in a tight place I will shoot stuff up higher than normal
