At this point with your mom's approval and since you are pregnant you should be able to get married if you want to. Talk to your dad and find out his objections and maybe you can convince him that you should get married.

I sometimes have to tell myself that my parents really HAVE lived many years more than I, they do truly know a lot more about these kind of situations. Try thinking about this from your dad's point of view, don't just block it out. Show him you understand where he's coming from and you're willing to listen to him, but he has to be willing to listen to you.
