global warming is a fact yes but there are of course differing opinions on the long term effects it will have happy I remember a conference I attended that showed some graphs and diagrams on ther temperature and CO2 levels over thousands of years . There was a level that the global temps and CO2 levels always peaked around and they always fluctuated but in quite an obvious cycle patter...CO2 levels would rise and peak and then global temperatures would follow shortly after. The important fact I want to point out though is that the Co2 levels for this time are almost double what they usually have peaked at in the past. Therefore we know that the planet is going to be somewhat out of balance because of this. Global temperatures are increasing more than usual and if it follows the pattern it has done over thousands of yours the mean global temperature will amost double for our period or in the near future. This obviously will have serious consequences to the planet and its life .So global warming is a fact but the extent and exact nature of its consequences can not be accurately predicted. hope that helps

its not a matter of beleiving, its no theory its proven true, the issue is whether or not you beleive its the sole cause of our global climate issues.

where I sit the weather is one of the coldest summers I remember.
I remember in the 1970's the summers were in the 90's and August was the hottest.
Now it is in the 70's and August is the coldest.

If global warming is caused by people then why does Al Gore have the biggest carbon footprint and doesn't see that as being a hypocrite???

England doesn't even buy the global warming stuff and calls it propaganda
