im doing but I ask him how he is doing. Please show me how to somehow find out if he loves me or if I should just forget about him and move on. should I ask him out or should I wait until he makes a move? please answer!

You need to take a step back and see what he does, the fact that you arnt going out and you are making all the effort isnt a good sign. He doesnt even care enough to ask how you are doing, so what id do is take a step back, not call or make effort to see him and one of 2 things can happen. 1. He will not care and wont even notice you aint calling proving he doesnt really care that much in the 1st place and you can move on. Or 2. he will realise he is treating you bad and has a chance at losing any relationship he has with you and it may scare him into taking a stand and stepping up. Either way you'll finally have your answers.
