Give a hickey without your mouth

Silly question but like how would you give someone a hickey not using your mouthand sucking lol just wondering if its possible

You can't give a hickey with your mouth without sucking, however, if you were to grab an inch on neck skin with your thumb and forefinger and give it a twist, that has the same affect. Knida like a combination pinch/twist movement.

use a vacuum cleaner with the smaller attachment. It has the same sucking effect and will achieve the same results.
