make sure your using shaving cream
also conditioner can be uysed
dont shave with plain water, plain soap or shampoo,
unless you want the bumps and an ichy-burning feeling
shaving in the shower is good,
warm water opens up your pores and makes shaving easier

I recommend you use this its a conditioner and it really works, but you might need someone 18 or older to buy it for you since they only sell it at pureromance.
Its called coochy,I know it has a funny name but it truly works.

Choochy:
Its moisturizing conditioner softens even the coarsest hair for smooth shaving. Coochy provides rash-free shaving for all areas of the body including legs, underarms, bikini area, and face, and is designed for all skin types, even sensitive skin. Coochy also doubles as a hair conditioner. Great for both men and women!

Here is the website so you can learn more about it:

You can go to a beauty supply store and they have special creams for razor irration (it can get reall bad down there!) Also a warm compress can help with the itching/ irritation.. try to sleep in the nude or with lose clothing on your lower half.. that way there is less risk of in grown hairs!
