go to a big mall, and try to find a store that looks decent, and looks like not a lot of people are occupying, try to find a dress from the back of the racks, those will probably be last years stock 1. drastically reduced 2. no one tends to buy those ones 3. they were bought last year, so there will only be 1-2 in the store. I would recommend West Edmonton Mall, but I'm guessing your not Alberta...
