age so I dont think ill annoy him or anything. im just not sure what to do to actually make him notice me a little more or maybe some good flirty moves?? that are ok still for someone a year older

just start talking to him
your probably going to be around him a lot because hes your bros friend and hes going to the same high school
talk to him and see what you have in common
maybe you guys will hang out more
and if you trust your bro then ask him about his friend 2

the age difference wont seem very different when your in highschool especialy since your more mature. probly talk to you brother about him
