is it safe to use a tampon?

yes. if you put it in tha right way and use it only for time that you need it in.
when you bye a box, it gives you pics and every thing on how to put it in and what mistance not to make. cause, you'll end up getting TSS-Toxic Shock Sendrume
which is what I'v had b 4. so just be careful is all that I'm saying .

well its as safe as you make it aslong as you change it reguarly because remember its inside you and leaving it there will only cause an infection and trust me its not nice having an infection. it is great if you want to go out and not have to worry about leaking etc but just be careful and read the instructions thouroughly hope this helps

I felt the same way until I was invited to a 4th of July pool party last year. I had to use one, so I asked my mom for pointers {{yeah...its weird..}} she said to stand up, spread your legs out, and bend your knees, and then insert it at an angle so it is pointing at your spine.

ummm back a few years ago there were women dying from LEAVING their tampons in for 12 hours, it will posion the body if they are not changed every few hours..youneed to talk to your mom about these things she should be able to help you..

if I'm a doctor...I wouldn't advice you to use it.. period!
