Can this be true I had a girlfriend who said she never saw a male nude she is 28 years old and never saw even a penis in this day and age it's almost or totally impossable not to see a male or female in that life time span

No, it's not. If you don't trust her, then leave her. She apparently deserves someone who appreciates this.

There are men and women who have never seen an are rated movie, never seen pornography, never masturbated, and never had sexual relations of any kind. It's uncommon, but not unheard of.
