A girl recently moved in a bit further up my street, I haven't spoken to her yet and don't see her that often. I think she's absolutely gorgeous I'm 22 and she is 17 so I've heard. How do I break the ice and eventually get to the point of asking her...

You really need to run into her at the shops or something and then say Oh my, I know you... don't you live just up the road from me? If you're shy, make it quick, tell her you have to run, and you'll chat to her later. Big Smile. Confidence. Hey it could take months but it might be worth it.
