How to break the ice with my gorgeous new neighbor?

A girl recently moved in a bit further up my street, I haven't spoken to her yet and don't see her that often. I think she's absolutely gorgeous I'm 22 and she is 17 so I've heard. How do I break the ice and eventually get to the point of asking her out, probably just best to mention that I am a bit shy and never really done anything like this before so its all new to me, can anybody help?

the next time you see her walk up to her and say hi trust me it'll weork dont act all cheasy with pick up lines and then trust me after you say hi wiat a day then ask her if she wants to join you with a walk around the block then after that day ask her out and dont seem all weird and nervous anything else you need to talk about let me know

Very attractive girls are used to guys falling all over them, stuttering and stumblimg with pick up lines, going all goo-goo ga-ga... so you need to make this as casual as possible. I wouldn't hurry into it. Can you wait, observe, make sure she's not dating the local bouncer...

You really need to run into her at the shops or something and then say "Oh my, I know you... don't you live just up the road from me?" If you're shy, make it quick, tell her you have to run, and you'll chat to her later. Big Smile. Confidence. Hey it could take months but it might be worth it.

Just be nice and be there for her when nobody else is.
