Girl trouble. pleaseee help!

So theres this girl thats been my next door neighbor and best friend since about the 2nd grade. Throughout our lives weve both had crushes on eachother but always at different times so we have never gone out before. But recently I started to like her...

again so I told her about it and at first she was shocked and didnt know what to say. As the week went on and we hung out, I kept bringing it up and she finally told me she liked me but she didnt like me cause she thinks it mite be akward if we go out and she doesnt want to break our friendship. Well she left to go to new york for 5 weeks about a week ago but the night before she left we both snuck out and we made out and kissed alottt and talked about going out cause she finally admitted that she feels the same way, and decided that if we both still feel the same way when she comes bcak that well go out, I never truely knew the difference between wanting someone and needing someone until she left for new york. So I guess what im asking is some advice to keep her interested in me while shes gone and maybe something special I could do for her when she comes back. And tips on turning her on to bring back some old feelings just incase shes not as interested.
Please please help me, she means everything to me right now. Shes all I can really think about

you cant do anything to make someone like you, but saying that-
listen to her when she talks,
learn her likes and dislikes,
always remind her how beautiful she is
and if you want to do something special then use what you know of her as a person it doesnt have to cost a lot of money just do something sincere make her her fave meal or rent her fave dvd

not every night, ever once in a while to chech up on things.

write her a cute love letter about how you miss her and
cant wait to see her.

when she comes home, put roses oon her porch or, in front of her house if she doesnt have a porch..then that night cook her nice dinner,
talk a lot, then if things go right..as her to be together.

Aww, that's so sweet. You sound like a nice guy and she'll probably be glad to go out with you. YOu guys kissed right? Okay so she must be interested in you. When she gets back, go take her out for a night and spend the night telling her how much you love her and cherish her. Tell her how much she means to you an how she's the only one for you. Cook dinner for her, or take her out for dinner, or take a walk together and just talk. Be sure you're a gentleman and be as romantic as possible. Just be sweet, and that should be enough for her...
