Her parents didn't catch her - it was just her mom.
She was on the counter(or refrigerator) pleasuring herself with a broom and her mom walked in and she went to jump down off the counter and the broom went right up inside her and it killed her. She wasn't expecting her mom to walk in because her mom was in having a bubble bath.
