Anywhere from 1 month - 7/8 months. It all depends on the baby.

My son first started laughing at 2 months old.

Usually after around the 12 weeks mark. Even then you may only get one every now and then. It can be like getting blood out of a stone sometimes until they get the hang of it. Get the video camera out as there is nothing like a first laugh.
