Are ghosts real?

There is a thin line between real and not real when it comes to the paranormal. I, myself have seen plenty of ghosts, I can speak to them therefore in reality, they are real. But you cannot touch them, you go right through them therefore not real. But the sensation you feel is real. It is a very confusing thing to define real around these subjects.

However if you are talking about realness as in "are they there" then yes. But not everyone has the ability to either communicate with them or to believe. Some people are adamant they are not real either because they have convinced themselves so much through fear or because they have never seen/felt their presence.

It is exaggerated sometimes. So not everyone tells the truth about whether they have seen the paranormal or not, it depends on the circumstances, where you are and who it was you contacted.

I live in a 380 year old house out on Dartmoor which is full of ghosts (a moorland area in England) and poltergeists. This house I live in is built of granite and probably holds many secrets over the decades and centuries. People have died and been mudered in this house AND village. Therefore the whole village has paranormal activity. Almost everyone here has seen something out of the ordinary. But you need to believe to see them

No, ghosts are not real. There has never been any demonstratable proof that they are, and when people say they've encountered ghosts, there are always alternate explanations.

I think they are even though I never saw one

yes, I seen them since I was 7..off and on in my life. wish I can say they don't exist, would of made my life...a breeze, without having to think about whats in the after-life.
I get a bit un-nerved when I see people whom made it a livin' to seek these experiences out. I think most of them (spirits, if you will) are demonic, can't say all because I don't claim to know everything. I've seen orbs, heard noises; like banging, voices, moving items a few times and seen them come out in white beings twice and as vivid as you and me, once.. that was the last experience made me not sleep in my room for 2 months. I just think scaring someone isn't cOOl at all for me. I tell you I believe in God too, always have. I don't know why me..?

I see 'em all the time sice I was 8, and sometimes they are scary, and sometimes I just want to hug them!

I don't talk to them or anything like people on television, but I still see them.
