Getting over

Why do people take your kindness for your weakness? Its like I'm a nice person and I will help someone anyway I can but people just try to get over and I'm sick of it!!!

Hey you're not the only one I'm like that too. I actually got ripped of seven hundred dollars because of it. So yeah I know what you mean.

because they know they can walk on you. you can be nice yet show you got control over yourself. People see polite people and thinkg their weak. im like that but I learnt to show that im still strong whilst showing my kindness

people take kindness for weakness because they know the polite person you are, will keep you from doing or saying certain things, even if they may benefit you by saying/doing so. people tend to manipulate that consideration. be nice, be polite, but as I've learned, sometimes, you have to be straight forward. it may sound mean, but the person will respect you more.

Many 'Takers' out there today, only out for themselves, like you owe it to them - few 'Givers' - just tread carefully, wait, then use your best judgement to help or not...Take care !!

Well, people take kindness for weakness because they know how kind you are and such.
People like to take advantage of you which is very unfortunate, but, if you're nice, polite, and straight forward with them, then you can get the respect you want.
People are like that in todays world which is very unfortunate. If you're straight forward, you can also demand respect.
