ENOUGH AND SPOILING HER ENOUGH , SHE WANTS TO BE FREINDS , I KNOW THER IS NO ONE ELSE , SHE JUST WANTS TO BE ALONE WITH HER SIX YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO TO CONVINCE HER I CAN CHANGE THAT AND GET HER BACK.

I'd say it's pretty obvious that she's made her choice, however at least she's willing to remain friends. Maybe what you should do it give her the things she seems to want from you (or a relationship in general). Take her out, prove to her how much she means to you, do the little htings that you know she loves. However keep in mind someone who wants to be spoiled may want to be spoiled in ways beyond your means. If she wants gold and cavier and champaign and all you can afford is crackers and coke then she probably won't ever take you back.

What you need to do is firstly respect your decision that she needs some time away to work things out. Obviously she was feeling like you were taking her for granted in the relationship. Girls loved to be spoiled, not all the time but once in a while its great when the guy plans something romantic for the 2 of you, it shows how much he cares. She prob got scared and thought if he isnt doing any of these things now can you imagine when we get married.
You need to give her some space, and learn from this experience, when she talks to you all you can do is try and convince her that you didnt realise any of this before and if she gives you another chance you will certainly do things different. Thats if she gives you another chance, its up to her hun, sorry.

accept that she wishes to be your friend and treat her as a friend..she is mad at you but you may win her around if you show that you really do care by paying her the attention and interest that she craves..

well i have the same problem with my bloke, he never takes me any were or does anything for me, he only ever does things for me when he wants somthing but im still with him cos i love him and i know he loves me. i think there will be more to it than shes letting on
