How can i get this popular girl's attention?

see, there is this friend of my sister who goes to my church. im madly obsesed w/her.the only thing is...how do i get her to notice me when shes alwayz with friends?

i would just say to start hanging out around her AND her friends. If that's not possible, then just try to sit by her a lot and hang out with your friends around them and she'll eventually get the hint. Also try sort of staring at her (you know how you can feel it when someone is staring at you?) and then she'll probably look back at you. If she does, smile and hope she knows...
