How can i flatten my stomach?

Although I'm thin and my metabolism is high, I've been pretty inactive lately and my stomach has blown out because of it. What are some healthy ways to flatten and tone it up?

first off. run. then lots of crunches. sit ups. and then just get active, if you have a high motabolisim you should just become active and it'll burn it all off.
