maybe a muscle cream will work...
it might relax the muscles that are 'sore' (theyre just over worked)

Nothing you can do..It's just our natural body healing itself...But..still do your dance,workouts etc..and what will happen is you will work through the soreness..
Take more time to warm up and you should be fine, once your muscles get going..it may take a good 15 minutes or so of warm up but start very slow and you will see it will be OK.

Me and a friend are working on a dance and we practiced all yesterday so I'm really sore today but we have to perform tomorrow, how can I get un-sore by tomorrow?
