Get rid of pimples and scars

I had pimples few years ago and also now is suffering from them a little. Then I have black spots from them and some of them are small hole . How I can get rid off them?

your best bet would be to see a dermotologist. they have cremes on the market, but if you want a better chance (I want to say guarantee.. but there are NO guarantees) go to the professionals. I'm pretty sure they can zap the little buggers with a lazer.
