hold doors open for a lady, scoot out the chair for a lady to sit in, have good hygene, good manners, just stuff like that.

Gentlemen in the church are supposed to be respectful to women, have good hygene, treat their wives and children right, things like that.
But, I must warn you ahead of time, there are some guys in the church that don't follow the policy. Some of them are controling to where when they get married, they get abusive toward their wives or girlfriends. Not all of them are this way, but, you have your bad ones that do that. Then, you do have your good gentlemen in the church.
