Gaining weight.

Ok, I seriosly think that im too skinny. I have been told that I have chicken legs, my butt is practically flat, and im all bony. And it's not just the way I look, im always cold. My hands are always cold. I have to buy clothes that are sizes 00, and its...

really hard because im kinda tall but really skinny. I have only met one person skinnier than me [that's at least as tall as me] but she looks sick.

I need to gain some weight, but I eat and eat and eat and eat and still dont gain any weight. So is there any way to gain some weight in a healthy way besides just eating a bunch of hamburgers [which isnt healthy anyways] so...

its not just about eating burgers, if you want to gain weight eat what you usually eat but more. Eating before you go to sleep helps put on pounds. Also lift some weights, so when you do gain that weight, you wont look fat but you will look lean, stay away from cardio exercises

Eat lot's of protein, then work out. it doesn't help you gain fat, but you gain muscle, which is better anyway. then you'll look healthy and lean. if you still can't gain weight, you should probably see a docter, something might be wrong.
