Little things to help you lose weight.

1. Don't eat before you go to bed, your food will sit in your stomach and immediately go to your fat cells.
2. If your room is on the second story of your house, use the stairs for everything. Let's say you're going to make eat some chips and a coke. Walk down the stairs, get the coke, walk back up the stairs, and then walk back down to get the chips.
3. Joke and laugh as much as possible.
4...That's all I can think of, anyone else?

Well maybe you're just growing..I recently gained about 5 pounds but I'm only 94 pounds and almost 15.
I mean if you aren't overweight it's probably OK.
But if you want to lose the weight, cut out most snacks and junk food.
If you live near your school, walk to and from. If not, then obviously don't do that.
Just do at least 30 minutes of small exercises a day.

I'm sure it's OK.
