What's some funky makeup tips?

COULD ANYBODY GIVE ME ANY MAKEUP ADVICE THATS FUNKY BUT NOT WAY OUT THERE? I HAVE BLONDE HAIR BLUE EYES AND FAIR SKIN!

That's how I was sophomore year. I did pink eye shadow with a thick line around them in black eyeliner .
If that's too funky you could do black eye shadow or blue or green. Pretty much anything goes with the black.

Black eyeliner contrast with fair skin and blonde hair, HOWEVER, for the funky look that isn't too way out there, noresewarrioress had a great idea with the pink shadow and the black liner. Hot pink eye shadows, black eyeliner thick on the top lid and all the way across, not so thick underneath the eye and to top it off, thick, black mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Put on 2-3 coats of mascara for thickness. Don't use a liquid foundation, only a powder that matches your skin tone and no blush. For you lips, stay away from the pale pinks and natural colors unless you intend to line your lips with a bright color. Do not go for red. No matter how funky you want to go, red NEVER looks good with pink. You can try less traditional colors such as pale blue lips lined with pink or vice versa. Everyone has a different opinion when it comes to gloss. I say the more shiny, the better. You aren't going to the look of a model anyway, you are looking for a look to fit your personality. Gloss those lips and show them off. For a one more touch of 'funk', draw a small star or heart or whatever you would like at the corner of one of your eyes in a bright color. I am sure you will find what works for you and you will look super cute with a touch of funkiness!

I always play around with my MAC eyeshadows or what I have ... I don't know if you have seen the ads for mac when there's different colors it always inspires me to blend different hues in...to see some effect. Do you know Amy Winehouse? I love how she does her eye make up it's so awesome..I used to do it..!LOL!
