Fundraising ideas?

Well, my senior class and I are trying to raise money for us to go washington d.c. For our senior trip.
And for our graduation party and dj.
Does anybody have any fundraising ideas besides a car wash and festival.
Please comment, I'm open for anything except ^^

Book sale!! People have stacks of books in their homes... I'm sure they would donate. They can be sold for a dollar a paperback, 2 bucks hardcover.

If I was close by I'd drop off 10 boxed of books for you... lol

Recently at my school, our classes bought a few gift cards and raffled them off. People would pay to get their names in a bucket and then companies would donate so much on a gift card. Other ideas would be like: bake sales, making pizzas (freeze and sell them), offering some kind of service (yard work, elderly). Those are some I can think of.

some ideas that my school does for a funrasier are:

-chocolate fouuntain (we have an option of marshmellows, pineapples, strawberries... on a scwer) - 4 items for $1 - and they get to dip it in a choclate fountain (we rented)

- SPORTS NIGHT (have the gym open at night for sports) OR do a tournement student vs. teachers - each team conssists of 5 members ($5 per team)

- talent show/kereoke contest - $2 for spectators!!

There's a whole bunch of stuff you can do!! - these are just some things that my school dose to raise money!! anyhoo...good luck on your fundrasier!!

dodgeball tournament was fun at my school!! let (high school!! 8th and under cry when they get hit with a ball lol) students join for a reasonable price, and have them compete. the winning team versus the teachers!!! so fun!!! but dont pick the mean teachers or it will NOT be pretty...

anything that involves teachers acting like kids or retards is awesome... have fun in DC!!
