When I was 21 weeks pregnant I went to the doctor said my uterus is measuring 20 cm, I am not sure if this is good or bad, my doctor never really includes me in on anything. He also warned me that I may have to take a shot called rhogam, to keep my...

Ok, if it was bad I'm sure your doctor would've said something. Don't worry about it. Excess stress can be bad for you and your baby.

dont worry if the measurement would be affecting then doctor definitely would have given some careful measures. and about the drug it is given to prevent perinatal mortality. may be you have a negative blood group and your baby have positive just to protect the fetus its is given and is very common and a modern technique, nothing to worry. enjoy your pregnancy.
