Funadvice site

What are some of the changes for? Like the comments, some others I noticed.
Also it seems to take F-o-r-e-v-e-r for a answer to post, It use to be quick, and I was kicked out of the group I was in,
What is going on and why??

Home page never had recently added pics...but, several of the photo related pages had that...we should probably add something to show recently added pictures (eg, make it more easily discoverable).

As to the comment changes, I know...I've been hearing complaints since we switched. Trust me, we are working as fast as we can to fix the list of issues, and every specific report helps us get things back on the right track.

I moved last week, as well, and am suffering from a bit of jet lag...another staff member moved, too, so, things are moving slower as a result...basically, it's the perfect storm of isssues. Thanks for your patience, and I think when we have the commenting other issues fixed, you'll like it better than the old system.

...also, a large part of the reason for the change, is the old system simply wasn't working, given the traffic increase we've had...from June to July alone, we had 900K more visitors...per one 3rd party report, we've been the 2nd fastest growing social network this year and with very limited resources, it's put a lot of strain on all of us. Every site bigger than us is owned by a company with tens or hundreds of millions of dollars in resources staff...and, about 1/2 of the other sites that are similar in size also have way more resources.

I'll happily take the blame, though, as a resource limitation isn't an excuse for failing to meet or exceed (which is my personal goal) your expectations of us. Thanks for having high expectations, it is appreciated, and I hope that we can surpass them over time.

Well I think the comment changes are to annoy us, (annoys me unbeleiveable)

I think some of these changes were honestly for S's G's.

didn't the home screen also have Recent added Pic's???
