How come I always get '(my browser) could not open the page “http://www.funadvice.com/” because the server is not responding.'?

Do you then get that you tube video with the dog come on? it happens to me all the time.

I hate that stupid dog. Every time that stupid thing comes on, I want to punch it in the face, but If I did I would just break my laptop.

No, I get these:

Safari: Safari could not open the page “http://www.funadvice.com/” because the server is not responding.

Firefox: The server at funadvice.com is taking too long to respond.

Internet Explorer: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
