noo, it's not just you. it's exactly the same with me. and yeah, it drives me crazyy. sorry though, I don't have an explanation. im also kinda looking for one.

The adding people does work,just refresh the page,it works for me. They changed the message though which I noticed,half the things that didn't work yesterday are working today. Contact the admin to see what's wrong.

and taking ages to load a new page or post a question
its most likely due to maintanence and should be running quicker in an hour or two

I've noticed it and my computer is only a month old and was the top model when I purchased it, my net is 8000+ and everything works fine. I think it's just Funadvice. It may have heaps of bugs or a rubbish server or something like that. It also might be because it has censorship software running and question duplicate detection software running, though I'm not 100% sure. So yeah, your computer is fine the problem is solely Funadvice.
