More correctly it is the percentage of people who rated your answers favorably compared to those who rated it negatively. If only 1 rated it as helpful then it's 100%. If 1 rated it favorable and 1 not helpful then it would be 50%. It, if it shows any percent, apparently cannot show below 0%.
