How to get back my friend that i care about?

I have a friend. Every time you do something wrong she get mad and always have a attitude. So today she told me she going to talk to someone about our teacher and I said ok when you done I will she said ok. But then the other person call me and over hear...

and I said I don't know what she going to talk about but I know am going to talk about the math teacher. The lady told me I cant talk to that person I have to talk to the chairman. I said but not action had occur then she told me that I had to write a memo to the lady not talk to her. So when I left she went to my friend and my friend got mad at me saying am f**k up and that now no more can talk to the lady if am happy now. What am I suppose to do. Am already feeling bad, am already sorry form why mistake if it was a mistake.
