Should I vote for my friend or someone more competent?

I have a friend who always cry..
shes wanted to be the class monitor but shes not good enough for that..
so I want to vote for the other girl to be the monitor class who is more responsible than her...
but I dont want to broke her heart if I didnt vote for her..because shes quite emotional...
but then again...no one will vote for her...

so...should I vote for her or not?
which one is the good choice?

Vote for who you believe would do the best job. Nobody will know who you voted for so choose wisely. Don't base your vote on friendship, base it truth.

Well will she know if you voted for her?? Anyway vote for the one that you think is the best!! EVeryone's opinion is great, but is it as great as friendship?? Will she expect you to vote for her?? IF she does and no one else will vote for her then YES vote 4 her!!
Otherwise vote for the girl who's not your friend!!

Wel, you could be a good friend and vote for her, but if you think she wont be a good class monitor than vote 4 someone else, if she finds out and asks why you didnt vote 4 her, just say something like
' I think that you could do better than a class monitor and I dont want to get you into something that I dont think you will enjoy'

if it isnt going to affect the outcome than why not vote for her?
it wont make a difference to the person who gets voted in, but she will appreciate it...
