Friends or not?

Okay, my crush (I wrote saying he was a lpayer a few days ago.) seems as he does'nt know me anymore. You see, I don't see him often anymore because he's in the eighth grade still (he's supposed to be sophomore but he's retained, I'm a freshman) I see him sometimes but he doesn't talk to me. He would see me walking on the other side of the road and just keep walking. What if I want to talk with him? What do I say now? I want to be friends.

Just go up to him and say hey, If he is rude just forget him
