Talk to his parents about this right away and don't leave him with any young children

Sound like he is gay. And there is nothing wrong whit being gay, whats wrong is what he is doing. That could lead her to really rapping someone and alsodoing ellegal stuff whit kids that are yunger than him. You need to go to the authorities and turn him in. Rape is never okay no matter age, gender or sexual preference.
