If a girl sends that to a boy, does that mean she likes him as a friend of wants him to be her boyfriend?

as her boyfriend. my current relationship started out like that and I've never been happier. I always use to go from friends right in to a relationship and never really good friends you know. so it never worked out. so just when I fell in love with the relationship we had was when I realized I was in love with him. and lil did I know he felt the same way...n were doin amazin now...
