Casually ask him for his number. example: hey could I text or call you sometime.
then ask him to go somewhere with you and some friends like to the mall
after that the next time say that you and him should just go to the mall cause you two had so much fun last time or have an excuse on why your other friends cant go with you 2 this time leaving you two alone. then casually progress into it all. I wish for the best for you! reply if youd like
