If you drink anything with caffeine in it, you most likely will have to have to pee more often. Caffeine is considered a diuretic, which is something that makes you have to pee. Drinks that contain it can include teas, sodas, coffee, etc. Try to stay away from caffeinated drinks, if you have a huge issue. Alcohol is also a no-no.
Pregnancy, diabetes, and urinary tract infections are also possible causes to frequent urination. There can be many causes, actually.
