Frequent urination

What can cause frequent urination besides increased fluids?

If an uncomfortable feeling follows it, bladder infection.

If you drink anything with caffeine in it, you most likely will have to have to pee more often. Caffeine is considered a diuretic, which is something that makes you have to pee. Drinks that contain it can include teas, sodas, coffee, etc. Try to stay away from caffeinated drinks, if you have a huge issue. Alcohol is also a no-no.

Pregnancy, diabetes, and urinary tract infections are also possible causes to frequent urination. There can be many causes, actually.

If you have an issue, I suggest you visit your doctor so that he/she can help you with it.
