Freestyle street basketball error

Its a game. I made my account and downloaded the game. when its done I click on the picture on my desktop or in the start menu and an error pops up and says

'The sever name or ID address cannot be resoved cannot download the server list '

What does that mean?

Can sumbody help me?

Sounds like a problem with your Internet connection.

Test it and if it's working , the problem is with the servers of the game company. You should call their support phone number.
