well you can go to myxer.com and it should be free. thats where I got mine from. some of em cost you a few bucks but most are free.

no most of them charge you on your cell phone bill per month like 3-7 dollars, there are some sites out there though that work and are really free!

haha! kittysgirl goes to that site too! I dont know any ringtones that charge on that site, but just upload your own songs and its always free. like I said on your other question.
