Have you ever seen the Fred videos on youtube? The one where the boy acts like a 6 year old and somehow edits his videos to make his voice sound like a chipmunk? Is there any site that is free and lets me edit my videos like that? And if so, how?

I don't think there are sites but there are definitely programs. Search on google voice editing program.

some computers have a windows media player and if you put it in fast forward mode it makes you voice sound really high..me and my friend do it to the videos we make..hhahah
