Freaky feelings

Everytime I go on the computer I feel something wrong after a while .... like a cold feeling that someones watching me or something....... am I just scaring myself or is there something wrong

just realxe shut ytour door close your blinds and realxe use your computer and dont worry I have some of that problem as well I just learned myself to cope with it, send fumailk for more advice
