Fraternity party ideas

Hey everyone,
I'm part of a fraternity and im trying to use all resources possible to figure our some party ideas. I think the main thing is the events during the party. For example, some sort of contest that everyone can take part in and give out prizes to the top 3 winners. Basically, just making it a night to remember.

you could always mimic the initiation for my brother's fraternity, he had a partner and they both carried grapes in their butts for 100 yards(across the football field) and dropped it in a cup, if you drop it, your partner eats it. throw in about 6 shots of beer and youve got a frat party, but I dont organize them regularly so dont take anything I say for granted :D
