Four wheeler started to stall

I have a 1993 yamaha warrior and I put new jets in it about a month ago. I was riding today and when I went to go up a hill in second it started to stall on me. Also when im in neutral idling if I put the choke on half it stalls. What do you think could be the problem?

sounds like it's not getting enough gas
