Four negatives yet still having symptoms

I took four pregnancy tests in the last month. All have turned out negative. Yet I still am having symptoms. Breast have a sharp pain in them every once in a while. back is hurting, and everyonce in a while a sharp pain in my side. My period this month...

was lighter than normal. Could the fear of being pregnant be causing me to have these symptoms or could I possibly be?

OMG I am having the same thing! I'm so glad that I'm not the only one. Regretfully I have no idea what it is. I'm still in the process of trying to figure it out. I just wanted to let you know you aren't the only one.

Yes it can very well be psychosomatic. None of the symptoms you described are related to pregnancy (or early pregn). Breast pain is just a sore to touch ---kinda like when you do a ton of exercises one day without ever doing any before that day, well then the next day every muscle in your body hurts when you move or are touch. That's the breast pain associated w/ pregnancy.
Sharp pains in the side are not symptoms of a normal run of the mill pregnancy. It would be an abnormal sigh. And back pain doesn't come on until a lot later when the baby has grown substantial.
If you have had your period, taken 4 tests w/ all being negative. I would say,almost guarantee, that your not pregnant.
If you are **still** concerned, wait until next mth for your next period and see if you start. (=
