What is the best foundation?

Hey. My facial skin is quite lumpy and un-smooth, plus I have a few freckles... does anyone know any good skin care products that helps to smooth the skin or any good foundations that give you a flawless finish?

dream matte moose works quite well.. but try using proactive it takes away the oil and acnee and makes your skin look beautiful. you dont even need fondation
