Guys are usually quite obvious about their feelings - he'll either get nervous around you, do things to try and impress you (or just act a bit different around you), hang round you heaps, or one of the more stupider things guys do, be mean to you (but actually like you). In general though, he'll be looking at you quite a bit - that's probably going to be the main clue.

It's up to you whether you tell him you like him, if you do tell him then he'll know for sure how you feel, and would probably be more likely to ask you out.

You should flirt with him and if he flirts back with you then you will know he likes you for sure.
