How to help my friend ask out this girl?

I opened up this account for one reason to help my friend out. So he likes this girl but what I found out today she don't like anyone. He the type who has a problem with talking to girls he gets choked up around girls he likes. I trying everything I can to help him out cause he is 22 and really likes this girl. If he's 22 years old then he is going to have to reach deep down inside and find the courage to be a man. He lacks confidence and that is a major role in snagging a girl. He is thinking too hard about the situation when he's around the ladies. I suggest going to a few clubs or bars while buzzed (vodka-redbulls are great to loosen ya up). Take a deep breath then talk to a couple of ladies. Your friends got to come out of his shell or he's going to miss out on his golden years.
