If he's 22 years old then he is going to have to reach deep down inside and find the courage to be a man. He lacks confidence and that is a major role in snagging a girl. He is thinking too hard about the situation when he's around the ladies. I suggest going to a few clubs or bars while buzzed (vodka-redbulls are great to loosen ya up). Take a deep breath then talk to a couple of ladies. Your friends gotta come out of his shell or he's going to miss out on his golden years.
