a major thing about Christianity is that it's all about faith... maybe God doesn't want them to find proof because we have to just believe for ourselves...

*Scientists believe in evolution*
Wrong, not all do.
You have your Christian scientist which are extremely religious people.
They begin to take the bible metaphorically because there is no proof of God
as Friedrich Nietzsche said
“Faith means not wanting to know what is true.”

Evolution is a theory of how humans became humans. I'm not a Christian, but my step-father is a pastor and I was raised Christian, I have now switched to Judaism. Anyways, they can' find proof, because there isn't even proof that God exists. Which is why we have FAITH! No one knows for sure if there is a God, but we believe it because in our heart it's true. Personally, my family believes that the bible should be taken metaphorically and not LITERALLY! God did not literally make Adam and Eve like they said. In fact, if he did, how would their be different races? Which is why my step-father teaches that Evolution was created by God to create humans over time! Hope I helped. Message me if you have more questions as I am glad to help!

No one really knows how or why. Unless someone had solid evidence which I won't ever believe will happen, It's a mystery. People believe we just magically appeared from this BANG or whatever. Others believe a man/thing molded us.

My stance would be: Open minded. (Agnostic)
I figure I'll go into something when I'm older, But for right now I have more important things to worry about. Highschool, College, Job... Yeah.

thex13thxchild you are so wrong! My step-father is a pastor, and that is not why he believes that! If you took everything literally in life you are a moron. The bible was written a lot in a metaphorically sense! My step-dad went to Princeton and is a pastor of a large church! Do not get into details about Christianity with me, as I will give you hell! I may be Jewish, but I was raised in a Christian household and went to church every Sunday when I was little.

Most scientists believe in god, but most scientists in the fields that are relevant - cosmology , anthropology, and biology - do not.

Science was created to find out why things are with hard repeatable provable facts. The fact that the any God can't stand up to that is just a byproduct. Not the intent.

Creation science is not science. In science you experiment then come to a conclusion. Creation science already thinks they have the conclusion then bends or make up facts to support it.

Uh, duh, I know it's all suppose to be metaphorical.
I'm making a statement proclaiming the religious pl that have believed it to be literal are actually beginning to realize they're wrong. Re-read my comment try actually comprehending what I'm saying before trying to pick a fight.
As for calling me a moron, I'm not the one taking it literally! So wy the f*ck are you jumping my @$$ boy! It should be obvious my views of the bible with the pic I posted on it.
